Artificial Intelligence
AI is a fascinating and rapidly evolving field with the potential to transform the way we work. It enables computers and machines to perform tasks that typically require human intelligence. NovaPeak is involved with AI disciplines for Robotics, Planning, Knowledge Reasoning, Natural Language Learning, Computer Vision,
Data Analytics and Machine Learning.

Inspection & Survey Services
NovaPeak is recognised as an Industrial Pace Setter for AI & Drone Aided Inspection & Survey activities for Building Inspection employing Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR),
Red, Green and Blue (RGB) and Thermal analysis.

The company is also a turnkey construction survey and monitoring specialist. It has carried out a multitude of construction monitoring projects on many key installations comprising of building sites, shipyards and chemical plants (Turn-around).
Bridging Specialists
The Periodic Facade Inspection (PFI) regime was introduced formally in January 2022 to help building owners detect and address any facade deterioration issues. NovaPeak collaborates with a strong network of Professional Engineers, Façade Inspectors and Rope Access Technicians and our commitment lies in our efforts to help foster closer cooperation to continually advocate industry best practises. We have regular consultations with our industrial associates to learn how to optimally carry out associated survey and inspection activities. The act of borrowing ideas from industrial practitioners is called Practise Benchmarking and this leads to vast improvements. Our value-add lies in the adoption of the latest scanning technologies as part of Non-destructive Tests (NDT) to penetrate through concrete to determine for rebar conditions, voids and other potential defects. We are also advocates for thermal scanning.
Facade Inspectors
The Façade Inspector (FI) plays a very vital role to support the CP to carry out in-particular emphasis close-range tactile inspection of the building façade. The FI must be a Registered Technical Officer or any person who prosses the relevant qualifications and experience as recognised by BCA.
Pro-active Maintenance

Scheduled maintenance tasks such as cleaning, sealing and minor repairs can help rectify potential issues early leaning to an avoidance for major repairs. This not only helps saves the building owners in terms of cost but also enhance the safety of its occupants and prolongs the life expectancy of the façade and its components.

Architectural Design
NovaPeak deploys drones equipped with cameras and LiDAR can capture high-resolution images and data, which can be used to create detailed 3D models of the building’s exterior. These models, also known as digital twins, help architects and engineers visualize the facade’s current condition and plan renovations more effectively.
